2. Products

All our products are handmade from brass with 24K gold plating. The images on the site are representative; there may be slight variations inherent to the artisanal process, which makes each piece unique.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes. Tunnish reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is securely processed through the methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping

We ship nationally and internationally. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location and the logistics operator. Tunnish is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, customs, or force majeure situations.

5. Exchanges and Returns

We accept exchanges and returns within 5 calendar days of product receipt, provided that:

• The product is in its original, unused condition and with its packaging.
• Proof of purchase is provided.
• The reason is a manufacturing defect or an order error.
